Energy breakfast balls – Nut Free


Perfect start to the day. I have one before every school run  or going to gym. xx


  1. Add the medjool dates and coconut oil to a food processor and pulse until they form a paste, Transfer paste into a bowl and add in all the other ingredients

  2. Roll a tablespoon of the mixture into a ball. Continue doing this until mixture is finished

  3. Put rolled balls into the freezer for an 1 hour, then store in a container in the fridge or eat immediately


  • 200g medjool dates (1 cups)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 4 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 2 cups oats
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • Pinch of salt
