Happiness and keeping fit


We are in control of our own happiness. I find that working out at least three times a week keeps me happy. It is not always easy getting up in the cold winter morning to work out especially when you are exhausted from playing power rangers with two under 5 boys. Believe me I am tempted to stay in bed but I think about how good and happy I will feel after and that seems to help.

My tips

I am very happy with a 30mins workout you don’t have to be in the gym for hours on end to make it work.

I think running is a great way to get more movement into your life. It is also free and you can run anywhere

If you get bored with working out easily, then switch things up try different classes or get a work out buddy
