Meet Elizabeth mum to Bond and Rugby

 

What Are Your Kids’ Favourite Food? – Homemade sausages, squeezy yoghurts, any type of bread and cheese slices.
What is Your Favourite Meal to Cook For the Family? A beef or chicken lasagna with lots of hidden (blended!) vegetables.
What Are the Kids’ Favourite Toys? Rugby LOVES lego at the moment and star wars. Bond is into trains and balloons.
What are the three top items that you always have in your bag when out with your kids? Wipes, Band aids (plasters), Water Bottle.
One word to describe labour? Horrific.
What have you found to be the hardest part of your motherhood journey? Adjusting to life as a mother in general I think. The sleepless nights, exhausting days. Being interrupted when using the bathroom/having a shower. Not having time to yourself. Also breastfeeding. I found it a real struggle. I did it for 8 months with Rugby. Hated every second of it. Bond wouldn’t feed from me so I really struggled with the decision to switch to formula as I wanted to feed both. The hormones drove me crazy!
What is the best part of motherhood? Watching my two boys sleep peacefully at the end of a busy day. And of course all the hugs I get all day long.
