Hugh Jackman is one incredible dad! Father of two adopted children, Ava and Oscar (bonus points for gorgeous names!), he has a similar rule to his good friend Cate Blanchett where he is never away from the kids for longer than two weeks. Having always planned to adopt, the couple also hoped for one or two biological children too. As fate would have it, they were unable to have children, but as Hugh stated:’From the moment we started the adoption process, all the anxiety ( of not being able to have children of their own) went away. I don’t think of them as adopted – they’re our children.’
He also made it a rule that their children volunteer once they turn 13. Little Oscar already tends a garden in a park near New York City! Good daddy-ing right there!
