Healthy Hot Chocolate

Hot chocolate is not just for colder months in my home : the boys love it all year round . I use antioxidant-rich cacao in this recipe lots of real maple syrup 🍁 and I make it dairy and nut free by using at rude health coconut milk. xx


  1. Combine all the ingredients into a saucepan over high heat, whisk well for a few minutes , then pour into your favourite a mug and enjoy xx


  • 400 ml Coconut Milk 2 tbsp cacao powder 2 tsp vanilla extract 3 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp cinnamon Pinch of sea 🌊 salt
