Pumpkin and Maple Baked Doughnuts

Warning these donuts are very addictive and will be wolf down very quickly. They are healthy with no refined sugar baked not fried and full of spice and love. xx

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 deg fan

  2. In a powerful blender mix all of the ingredients

  3. Oil the inside of your doughnut pan

  4. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 20mins

  5. Glaze - melt the honey then add cinnamon and vanilla after the donuts cool pour glaze all over the donut and enjoy

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of pumkin puree
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour (or 1 cup almond flour can be used if you are having nuts)
  • 1/2 cups of oat flour
  • 4 tablespoon of ghee (or coconut oil)
  • 1/4 cups maple syrup
  • 2 dates
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp cinamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbs grated ginger
  • GLAZE - 2 tbs honey 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla
