Simple healthy prawn stirfry for when you are time poor and want something nutritious and delicious. Look for sustainable logo in your prawns, choose Cold water or North Sea π prawns where possible. Β Until next time xx

Heat the coconut oil in a walk over high heat add the garlic,onions, ginger and the prawns stirfry for a few minutes then add the remaining of the ingredients stirfry for a further few minutes serve in a bowl top with sesame seeds enjoy π
Ingredients
- Β½ bunch spring onions, sliced 2 tbsp coconut oil π΄ Small piece of peeled grated ginger 1 red chilli πΆ 2 garlic cloves 200g prawns π€ 200g choice of stirfry vegetables ( mangetout, broccoli π₯¦ asparagus ) cashew nuts π₯ 3 tablespoon of full fat coconut milk π₯₯ π₯ Top with black sesame seeds
