Quick Healthy Prawns

Simple healthy prawn stirfry for when you are time poor and want something nutritious and delicious. Look for sustainable logo in your prawns, choose Cold water or North Sea 🌊 prawns where possible.  Until next time xx


  1. Heat the coconut oil in a walk over high heat add the garlic,onions, ginger and the prawns stirfry for a few minutes then add the remaining of the ingredients stirfry for a further few minutes serve in a bowl top with sesame seeds enjoy 🍛


  • ½ bunch spring onions, sliced 2 tbsp coconut oil 🌴 Small piece of peeled grated ginger 1 red chilli 🌶 2 garlic cloves 200g prawns 🍤 200g choice of stirfry vegetables ( mangetout, broccoli 🥦 asparagus ) cashew nuts 🥜 3 tablespoon of full fat coconut milk 🥥 🥛 Top with black sesame seeds
