Vegan Apple and Cinnamon Muffins

We love breakfast muffin, s they can be very healthy and a better choice than most of the sugary cereals out there. This is an allergy free recipeĀ xx
Instructions
Pre heat oven to 180 degrees fan. Place oats in a blender and blend until it looks like flour, then add all the other ingredients and blend again until really smooth
Pour mixture into greased muffin trays and bake for 30mins or until the skewer comes out clean. completely cool before enjoying
Ingredients
- 1 cup of gluten free oats
- 2 dates
- 5 table spoons of pure maple syrup
- 2 tsp of cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbs coconut oil or butter
- 100g apple puree
- 1/2 cup of cocont milk
