My favourite new yogurt brand CoYo have just announced a collaboration with fitness Guru James Duigan the founder of Bodyism. James has been confirmed as CoYo’s Brand Ambassador and has been quoted saying “I am delighted to be working with CO YO because simply put, I love the product. It tastes great, it’s healthy and it makes everyone at Bodyism happy. It’s a treat without the cheat”. I guess I and all the other CoYo fans are in good healthy company. As well as having a new Ambassador CoYo has just launched a new flavour and just when I thought the tasty yogurt could not get any yummier, the new vanilla flavour raises the bar yet again – it is the most delicious and delightful thing . Like all the other flavours this is suitable for everyone, every day.
It is 100% natural, dairy free, gluten free and most importantly for me I can have one or two a day without feeling guilty. I love all the flavours but I think the new vanilla is my favourite (for now…) Till next time xx
