Base Formula – Essential Oil

I am obsessed with essential oils. My favourite being Lavender.  I use lavender as part of my bath time routine, I also love diffusing it and when I am feeling stressed I put a few drops in the palm of my hands and inhale it. Base formula stocks the highest quality oils this is why I get most of my oils from them. To build my immunity in the cold winter months I love diffusing base formulas bug buster essitial oils and having a bath with a few drops of my favourite oils. Yummy Mummy approved – London Dungeon

What better way to kick start Halloween than a visit to the iconic London Dungeon. This is an all-year round attraction and a must-try if you have never visited it before. It takes you through a journey filled with scary fun, thrilling rides, fantastic shows and actors. I absolutely love this place, it gives you a glimpse of the darker side of the history of London. Kids would definitely enjoy this but I would say, from about 9+ younger children could get scared. Yummy Mummy approved fun.
